NGK realizes ceramic micro heater with complex shape embedded heater electrode without after-processing and adhesive and the temperature rises with high speed (approx. 500℃/sec). NGK realize heater less than or equal to 2mm of diameter and it can do the selective and rapid heating for micro area. NGK can customize shapes and heat performance as per the customer’s request.
